Brief:

Drink Aware wanted to reach out and propagate a national campaign in a very different and engaging way - to gather live data from the public, display that data on live screens on the website and at each location. A live stream of the event in progress was also required to be integrated into the web application.

Solution:

Utilising the NM Network we created the infrastructure through our expertise and technology enabling the campaign to simultaneously create two-way live connectivity with each of the four different cities across the UK (Birmingham, Glasgow, Leeds and London).

Screens were erected in each location, with staff engaging the public via handheld PDA computers. This meant that live data was gathered while the live screens and live streams all ran side by side over the NM-Live Links and NM-Network.

Video encoding was processed on site via the NM-VL1.
